Knowledge

Suicide is a hard subject to talk about, whether it involves you or someone you love. Perhaps you don’t know how to start the conversation that you are struggling with. Maybe you don’t know how to ask someone if they’re okay. You’re not alone. There are organizations that want to help you. Please utilize them. It is a brave step to save yourself or someone you love.
