Suicide is a hard subject to talk about, whether it involves you or someone you love. Perhaps you don’t know how to start the conversation that you are struggling with. Maybe you don’t know how to ask someone if they’re okay. You’re not alone. There are organizations that want to help you. Please utilize them. It is a brave step to save yourself or someone you love.

Porkchop’s Love Foundation, Inc. is not a crisis center. If you are in crisis and need help now, you can reach the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-8255, the Trans Lifeline at 877-565-8860 (U.S.) or 877-330-6366 (Canada), or The Trevor Project at 866-488-7386. If you don’t like talking on the phone, you can reach the Crisis Text Line by texting HOME to 741-741.
